1. interest
常见的为be interested in, 如I am interested in Politics.
还可以是take interest in/take no interest in和be interested in表达意思差不多,以下两句来自新概念英语第三册:
Even people who take no interest in art cannot have failed to notice examples of modern sculpture on display in public places.
(Lesson 18
Kidnappers are rarely interested in animals, but they recently took considerable interest in Mrs. Eleanor Ramsay's cat.
(Lesson 19
I have a deep interest in American TV shows.
另外还可以说more than a little interested 表示很感兴趣(used to express an increased desire, also mean to be curious)
I am more than a little interested in American history.
2. I’m into it.
和interested in it差不多,口语中常用。
I watched a rock concert last month. and I was really into it!”
I'm not really into romance novels
2. be crazy/ mad about something.
very enthusiastic or excited about sth

3. It appeals to sb.
Yeah, It appeals to me.
The idea never appealed to me very much。
4. be partial to…
liking sb/sth very much 热爱;钟爱
I'm not partial to mushrooms.
I’m partial to the cinema.
5. one's cup of tea
You are not my cup of tea.
6. be/become fan of...
Since then, I became a big fan of seafood since the meat from lobster is very fresh, soft and super mouth-watering
Nick is a big fan of basketball. I am an avid fan of American TV Show; I am a big fan of nature.
7. be fond of...
How Harry came into the possession of this outlandish stuff makes an interesting story which he is fond of relating.
(Lesson 52
8.fondness 和be fond of 类似 I have a fondness for basketball unlike any other sports. 9. be hooked on to enjoy something so much that you cannot stop doing it.
I'm too hooked on basketball to care about tennis
